What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for standard models. For OEM/ODM customized machines, MOQ is typically 2–5 units depending on the customization scope.
What is your standard delivery lead time?
Standard models ship in 15–30 days. Customized machines take 30–45 days. We’ll confirm the exact lead time in your quotation.
Can you customize machines for our specific parts?
Yes. Our engineering team will review your drawings and recommend spindle, axis travel, and control options. OEM branding and custom paint are available.
How is shipping arranged?
We deliver FOB Ningbo/Shanghai as standard. We can also arrange CIF, or door-to-door logistics. Machines are exported with seaworthy packing.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
12-month warranty on all machines, lifetime supply of spare parts, and free remote diagnostics. On-site installation and training can be arranged.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight for larger orders. We’re open to discussing terms based on order size.
